Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
C3 Custom Creation currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — follow us on social media to stay updated.
2. Processing & Production Time
Because all of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page — simply enter your name, e-mail address, phone number, order number, or tracking number.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. C3 Custom Creation is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors and around all entry points of your home.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace investigation.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
C3 Custom Creation is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier depot for further assistance.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item(s) immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Return Policy for full details.
9. Free Shipping Promotion
The free shipping threshold of $75 applies to the subtotal after any discounts or coupon codes are applied, before tax. This offer is valid on retail orders shipping within the United States. Wholesale orders may have different shipping terms — details are available in the Wholesale Store.
