Return Policy

1. Eligible Returns & Replacements
We will issue a replacement or refund only in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- We made an error — wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, or wrong design — that differs from what you approved.
- Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier after an investigation.
In all eligible cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the item as received.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
The following situations are not eligible for a return, refund, or replacement:
- Customer errors — incorrect name spelling, wrong size selected, or incorrect design choice submitted at checkout.
- Change of mind after production has begun.
- Slight color variations between your screen and the printed product (screen calibration differs per device).
- Damage caused by improper heat press application or failure to follow pressing instructions.
- Digital downloads — all digital file sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
- Wholesale orders — all wholesale purchases are final sale.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement request:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- Our team will re-view your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Do not ship any items back to us without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
If your return or replacement request is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original pa-yment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Alternatively, you may request store credit, which will be applied immediately to your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. After production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on custom or personalized items. If a replacement is approved, a new order will be created with the corrected details at no additional charge.
