Orders & Customization
How do I place a custom order?
Browse our Retail Store, select your item, and follow the on-screen customization options. For bulk or wholesale orders, visit our Wholesale Store and apply for access. If you need a specific design, reach out through our Contact Us page.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes. For custom and personalized items, a digital proof will be sent to your e-mail for approval before production begins. Please allow 1–2 business days for proof delivery.
How long does production take?
Production time is typically 3–5 business days for standard custom orders. Larger or wholesale orders may require 5–10 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order, and only if production has not started. Contact us immediately via the Contact Us page if you need to make a change.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on current production volume. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional fees that may apply.
Shipping & Tracking
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can also use our Order Tracking page — enter your name, e-mail, phone number, order number, or tracking number to check your status.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Because all of our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns on custom items unless the item arrives defective or we made an error on your order. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace or refund defective or incorrect orders at no additional cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original pa-yment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Wholesale
How do I get wholesale access?
Visit our Wholesale Store page and apply for a wholesale account. Once approved, you will receive access to bulk pricing on all eligible products.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Yes. Minimum order quantities vary by product category. Details are listed on each product page once you are approved for wholesale access.
Do you offer wholesale pricing on DTF and screen print transfers?
Yes. Our Wholesale Store includes categories for Screen Print & DTF, Glitter, Patches, UV DTF Wraps & Decals, and more — all available with competitive bulk pricing for approved small business owners.
Heat Press & Pressing Instructions
Where can I find pressing instructions for transfers?
Pressing instructions are included with your order and also available in the FAQ section of the Wholesale Store. Instructions vary by transfer type — DTF, UV DTF, and screen print each have specific temperature and pressure requirements.
What temperature should I use for DTF transfers?
For DTF transfers, we recommend pressing at 300–320°F (150–160°C) with medium-to-firm pressure for 10–15 seconds. Always do a test press on a scrap piece of fabric before applying to a finished garment.
Can I use a home iron instead of a heat press?
A professional heat press is strongly recommended for best results. Home irons do not provide consistent temperature or pressure and may result in poor adhesion or transfer quality. C3 Custom Creation is not responsible for results when a heat press is not used.
Digital Downloads & How-To Videos
How do I access my digital downloads?
After completing your purchase, a download link will be sent to your e-mail address. Downloads are also available in your account dashboard under Order History.
Can I share or resell digital files I purchase?
No. All digital files are for personal or single business use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing files purchased from C3 Custom Creation is strictly prohibited and a violation of our Terms of Service.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
Guest checkout is available for retail orders. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your preferences, and access your purchase history. A wholesale account is required for wholesale purchases.
How is my personal information protected?
