Welcome to C3 Custom Creation. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Custom Orders
C3 Custom Creation offers custom and personalized retail products (including tumblers and shirts) as well as wholesale craft supplies (including glitter, patches, DTF transfers, UV DTF wraps, and digital downloads). All custom products are made to order.
- You are responsible for ensuring all customization details (names, spellings, colors, sizes) are correct before submitting your order.
- A digital proof will be sent for approval on applicable orders. Production will not begin until proof approval is received.
- Errors on your part — including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes, or wrong design selections — are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.
3. Pricing & Pa-yment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Pa-yment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other pa-yment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant pa-yment gateways.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. After production begins, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.
5. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale access is available to approved small business owners and DIY crafters. By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm that you are purchasing for business or resale purposes. C3 Custom Creation reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its discretion. Wholesale accounts are non-transferable.
6. Digital Downloads & Intellectual Property
All digital files, designs, templates, and how-to videos sold or provided by C3 Custom Creation are for personal or single business use only. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any digital files.
- Use our designs to create products for resale without written permission.
- Claim ownership of any design created by C3 Custom Creation.
Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. C3 Custom Creation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is issued, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or we made an error on your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
9. Heat Press & Application Disclaimer
C3 Custom Creation provides pressing instructions with all transfer orders. We are not responsible for damaged garments, failed applications, or poor results caused by incorrect pressing technique, improper equipment, or failure to follow our instructions. Always perform a test press before applying to a finished product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Custom Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount pa-id for that specific order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which C3 Custom Creation operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
